We want you to be happy with Wailore Premium. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team via the app and we'll help you through Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal reached via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
